Why You Should Never Wear Normal Cologne or Fragrances

by Geoff Maidstone

During the last 50 years or so homo sapiens have been conditioned to cover up our natural scent with a mix of antiperspirant deodorants and body soaps. Many scientists and researchers now accept that this is a blunder. They think that when mask our natural smell with universal made products we are inadvertently covering up one of our handiest attributes for enticing members of the other sex. This is because they mask the natural scent of pheromones.

Pheromones are unscented chemicals that are uncovered thru an organ in the nose called the vomeronasal organ (VNO). The VNO is an organ that operates separately from the part of human nose that notes standard smells. After studies, many scientists believe that the VNO's sole purpose is to recognize pheromone smells in other humans. When it spots a pheromone smell, it sends a signal to the brain and this in turn creates hormone level changes in the person that experienced the smell.

This process is thought to have been critical in the evolution of human beings. In years gone by we heavily trusted our sense of smell to choose compatible sex partners and facilitate the circle of life - procreation. Natural bodily smells would unconsciously tell those around us delicate details about our genetic make-up and ability to seed or bare offspring. While human kind has evolved significantly since this was key to adpation and survival, the results of pheromones still remains because it is evolutionarily hardwired into us.

Now I am not suggesting that you go out and throw all of your scented beauty offerings in the trash. Rather I am encouraging you to understand the process that happens when you apply them. You are disguising your natural scent - one of the most tasty things about you.

To create the correct balance between natural body odour and pleasing manufactured smells, many corporations have began to develop pheromone cologne and scent. These products include synthetically made pheromone concentrates that boast your natural smell whilst also providing an agreeable smell mask to go with it.

There's a range of different pheromone product options to available now like pheromone cologne, pheromone perfume and pheromone oil. Dependent on which sex they're marketed at, they could contain a mix of androsteno, androstenone, androsterone or copulins.
